upgrade interior, modern, courteousness staff

I love the upscale feel of the apartments. When you enter West End it feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The staff is real friendly and have helped me with any issues/repairs in a timely manner. I would refer others to West End.

I would tell them that it's quiet, well-kept, friendly, and I wouldn't live anywhere else

Quiet.. everyone is nice and i love how the management team gets the complex together for socials so you have a chance to mix and mingle with neighbors and get to know them. As a girl that lives alone, its nice to get to know your neighbors! :)

Nice place, relaxing mood around the place, no hassles or problems. Biggest annoyance is probably the garbage truck coming by at ~7am on Saturday mornings - that's just unnecessary.

Relaxing and easy first off. It is very comfortable here, quiet for the most part and the grounds are kept up with very well.

The property is beautiful. The apartments are very modern and stylish. I love my granite countertops and black appliances. The openness and spaciousness of the floor plan is great. The community has a great pool and a 24-hour fitness center. The clubhouse is nice and the staff plans several events for the residences. Overall it is a very welcoming and nice community to call "Home"!

Excellent apartment complex overall. Only complaints are that people do not pick up after dogs and neighbor below or next door plays loud movies/music with large amounts of base at all hours of the night and I can't tell which neighbor it is.

The staff at West End are very professional and friendly. They have been helpful and informative every step of the way. Their luxury service matches the luxury complex.

The community is beautiful, the people are nice, overall this is a great place to live.
